Contact Us
It's fairly obvious what this page should be all about but here are a few tips, anyway....
You could include:
- Names of contacts
- Telephone/s
- Email Addresses
- Postal Address
- Push to Talk Button
- Live Chat
- Skype/MSN
- Links to Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Map (or you could leave that for the location page)
- Curent time at location of property - to prevent customers in different timezones calling during the middle of the night!
In addition to having contact details on this page you could include your telephone number in the header of each page. You might also want to consider having an enquiry form which has a menu link or is embeded on every page.

It makes customers feel totally undervalued and gives a negative impression before even visiting the property.
If you are unable to check your computer constantly, I would recomend using email to sms software which will alert you by text message when a new email arrives (unless you want this every few minutes, I'd also recommend setting up a 'special' email address). The same goes for live chat/Skype/MSN - if there is rarely someone at the computer to respond, don't bother including...
